Chenopodium capitatumaka Strawberry Blite. Grown in Europe for centuries, this rare North American lambs quarters/goosefoot species is both a showy ornamental and an edible green!  Very showy compact 18" or so plants bear nutritious triangular toothed leaves and tender shoots, used in salads or steamed. Shiny red mulberry-like fruits are edible and can be added to salads or used to make red or pink dyes. Self-seeding annual. 1/4-1/2 tsp per packet
