Phaseolus vulgaris.

A classic heirloom pole bean that was taken across the Trail of Tears by the Cherokee during the 1830s. The Trail of Tears, one of American history’s most saddening events, saw Cherokee and other Indigenous peoples being forced from their ancestral lands during harsh winter months by military oversight to small, crowded, and horrid conditioned reservations-in Oklahoma. This bean comes from the Wyche Family and is a Georgia area heirloom taken across the Trail by the Wyche Family. An heirloom classic! -25 seed minimum per packet
